levagood didn't start in a conference room. It started at Levagood Pool in Dearborn, Michigan. With a crew. People who showed up every single day and took care of the place like it was their own.

Where it comes from

Before there was leva, there was Levagood Pool. A public facility in Dearborn, Michigan. The kind of place most people used and never thought about twice.

The people who built levagood worked there. They were not the ones with the titles or the offices. They were the ones in the back keeping the whole place running. People called them Maintenance. Not a name they gave themselves. A name they earned.

Yes we were not pretty. We did not really care what we were wearing. But we knew exactly how to run that place. We knew exactly when to switch out what was broken. And we showed up every single day to do it.

Don't be the lazy head guard sitting behind the double glass eating your Subway. Be maintenance.

That place shaped them. It was not just a job. It was their home. They built it up, they protected it, and they never stopped caring about it. That instinct never left them.

Maintenance. A new project.

levagood is named for that place. The crew who worked there did not own it. But they cared for it like they did. Every single day.

We need to be maintenance again. That is what this is. Same people. Same work ethic. New tools.

We are explorers. Learners. Builders. But more than anything we are doers. We do not wait for an incident. We execute and produce. We work as long as it takes and we are grateful for the gift of getting to do it.

leva won't lie to you because we don't lie to each other. When it's guessing, it says so. When it's wrong, it says that too. Honesty is not a feature. It is the foundation everything else is built on.

We stay until it is done.

The crew who built levagood did not clock out when it got hard. We work as long as it takes. That is not heroics. It is just how we were raised.
